SHIPPING POLICY

Lindt's Shipping Policy

We take as much care in shipping your Lindt order as we do in making it. Lindt Chocolate is premium chocolate and is perishable. To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, it is carefully packed and protected to maintain an ideal environment during the entire shipping process. We ship our chocolate products using UPS delivery. Regretfully at this time we are unable to offer shipping to PO boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

During the checkout process on our website, you will have the option to choose from available delivery methods. We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide and cannot be responsible for inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses. Please provide a street address, suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery.

Easter Shipping Dates

Orders must be placed by 2pm EST on the following dates. Dates based on item availability. For guaranteed delivery on 3/23/12 (expedited shipping methods must be used): 2DAY shipping orders need to placed by 3/21/12 - Overnight shipping orders need to placed by 03/22/12. For guaranteed delivery on 3/30/12 (expedited shipping methods must be used): 2DAY shipping orders need to placed by 3/28/12 - Overnight shipping orders need to placed by 03/29/12. For guaranteed delivery on 4/06/12 (expedited shipping methods must be used): 2DAY shipping orders need to placed by 4/04/12 - Overnight shipping orders need to placed by 04/05/12.

Shipping Announcement

Lindt will not be shipping on Monday May 28th due to the company-wide observation of Memorial Day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Regular shipping is planned to resume on Tuesday May 29th, 2012.

To protect your order and ensure premium delivery of Lindt products, our shipping methods are available as follows:

Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed on our next applicable business day. Cancellations must be requested by 2pm EST the day the order is placed (or next business day if order is placed on a weekend).

Shipping Gift Cards

Gift cards being sent alone via standard shipping (USPS First Class) are sent free of charge. If you wish to expedite your gift card order, you may select UPS options, and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout. Please note, gift cards shipping with other chocolate product will be sent via UPS methods only. This is to ensure proper quality of the chocolate during shipment.
